The show is lighthearted and funny and so are the actors. This comic play is about being different. It is about how people treat people who are different, and learning to accept those who are different. Cucumber Phil grows cucumbers in a place called Cucumber Valley. Artichoke Annie comes to Cucumber Valley and wants to grow Artichokes! All the people in Cucumber Valley come up with some pretty silly plots to run her out of town because she is "an artichoke grower." Phil, Annie’s new neighbor, has to decide whether to side with Annie or to stand with his old friends.
